Three questions to ask any waterproofing contractor

If the answer is one product for every situation, walk away. Substrate, movement, UV exposure and access decide the system — a basement wall and a sun-baked roof need different chemistry.
Membranes fail at laps and corners, which is an applicator skill issue. Our torch-on crew is manufacturer-trained, and lap joints are photographed before protection screed goes on.
