The right membrane in the right place, applied by certified hands. Anything less is paint with a warranty problem.

Honest talk
Three questions to ask any waterproofing contractor
If the answer is one product for every situation, walk away. Substrate, movement, UV exposure and access decide the system — a basement wall and a sun-baked roof need different chemistry.
Membranes fail at laps and corners, which is an applicator skill issue. Our torch-on crew is manufacturer-trained, and lap joints are photographed before protection screed goes on.
Ours states the area treated, the system used, the years covered — up to five — and what voids it. One page, plain English, signed.
