These terms apply to your use of partydesk.help and to services provided by Ampang Ridge Plumbing & Roofing Sdn. Bhd. (Company Reg. No. 202001031177 (1389215-K)), a company incorporated in Malaysia. Where a signed quotation exists for a specific project, the terms in that quotation take precedence over this page.
Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Project descriptions and photographs illustrate typical works; every site differs, and nothing here constitutes a binding offer or engineering advice for your specific building. Text, images and branding remain our property and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Submitting the enquiry form or contacting us creates no obligation on either side. Free inspection applies within the areas stated on our contact page; elsewhere a call-out fee may be quoted in advance, deductible from the contract value if works proceed.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, are itemised, and cover only the scope described. Concealed conditions discovered after opening up — corroded pipe beyond the visible section, rotten roof timber under sound tiles — are quoted separately before additional work proceeds. We do not begin variations without your written or WhatsApp confirmation.
We hold CIDB registration and public liability insurance and will provide documentation reasonably required by building management. You agree to provide access, water and electricity at the site, and to inform us of known hazards. Where works require water or power interruption, timing is agreed with you in advance.
Unless the quotation states otherwise: small repairs are payable on completion; larger projects follow the staged schedule in the quotation. Invoices are payable within 14 days. We may suspend works where a due stage payment is outstanding. Title to unfixed materials passes on payment.
Workmanship on repairs is warranted for 12 months from handover. Waterproofing membrane systems carry the period stated in the quotation, up to five years. The warranty covers defects in our workmanship; it does not cover damage from subsequent third-party works, structural movement, blocked outlets we did not install, or force majeure. Warranty claims are attended within five working days.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law. Otherwise, our aggregate liability arising from any project is limited to the contract value of that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of rental income or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
