Questions we hear every week

Within Ampang, Cheras and central KL the first visit is free. Further out we charge a small call-out fee that is deducted from the job if you proceed.
Usually, yes. We start with pressure testing, thermal imaging and a drain camera. Hacking is the last resort and we agree on it with you first.
For emergencies in the Klang Valley we aim to have a technician on site within 2 to 4 hours, any day of the week. Call the WhatsApp line for the fastest response.
Yes. We are used to JMB requirements: insurance letters, work permits, lift protection and notice circulars. Riser and rooftop work is a large part of our schedule.
Plumbing and roofing repairs carry a 12-month workmanship warranty. Torch-on and PU membrane systems carry up to 5 years, stated in the quotation.
Either works. Most clients let us supply because of trade pricing, but if you have preferred fittings we will install them and warrant the workmanship.
