Ampang Ridge Plumbing & Roofing Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us") operates the website partydesk.help. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

Data we collect

When you submit our enquiry form we receive the details you type: your name, email address, phone number, the category of work and your description of the job. When you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive whatever contact details and content you choose to share. Our hosting provider also records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — which we use for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange site visits and prepare quotations.
• To carry out contracted works, issue invoices and honour warranties.
• To keep basic records required by Malaysian tax and company law.
• To protect the website against abuse and diagnose technical faults.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing newsletters. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details that do not lead to a job are deleted within 12 months. Records connected to completed works are kept for the duration of the warranty plus the retention period required by law, typically seven years for financial records.

Who we share it with

Only with parties needed to do the work: our hosting provider (which stores form submissions in transit), and, where a project requires it, building management offices that request contractor and contact details for access permits. We require all such parties to treat your data confidentially.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to further processing (which may limit our ability to serve you). Security

Access to enquiry data is limited to staff who handle quotations and scheduling. Our systems are password-protected and our devices encrypted. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data we hold.
