Why we test with a hose before we invoice

A roof repair you cannot verify is a guess. Before handover we flood-test the repaired zone with a running hose for at least twenty minutes while someone watches the ceiling below. If it weeps, we keep working — at our cost, not yours. That test, photographed and timestamped, goes into your handover report next to the 12-month workmanship warranty.
